Thinking thoughts

 So this morning was one of those mornings.  I started out early (before 7am) kids and husband still snoozing, one dog bouncing round like a muppet, the other pondering whether it was worth him getting up.  I was only out 20 minutes but when I got home I just sat in the car on the drive. I don’t know if I was exhausted or whether something was bothering me but I just allowed my brain to scroll through all its thoughts.  It was an interesting ten minutes.  I scrolled back through WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages and all kinds. My mind was blown.  See it’s true that if someone makes a decision on something without even talking to you then they already held that opinion of you. You can’t change that. But in my position you also can’t help feeling used.  The thought train also led me to look into other things and now I know for sure that I’m confident in my choices.
